Strawberry Shortcake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1 c. butter
1 c. whipped cream
2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
2 pt. strawberries, hulled and washed
Preparation

Mix flour and brown sugar; work in butter.
Place on floured board and pat to 1/2-inch thickness.
Do not roll.
Cut into desired shapes, squares or circles.
Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven on a cookie sheet for 20 to 25 minutes.
