Southern Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. self-rising flour
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 c. Crisco
    2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. warm water
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix yeast and water in a small bowl and set aside.
    Mix flour and sugar.
    Cut in Crisco until mealy.
    Mix flour, yeast and milk together.
    Store in an airtight container.
    When ready to use, roll out as much as you want on a floured surface.
    Cut and place in a greased pan.
    Let rise in a warm place for 1 hour before baking.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
