Exotic Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    5 lb. chicken breasts, split (10 to 12 breast halves)
    3 (3 oz.) pkg. slivered almonds
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. curry powder
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 c. sliced celery
    3 (6 oz.) cans water chestnuts, sliced
    2 lb. seedless grapes
    Boston or bibb lettuce
Preparation
    Brush chicken breasts with butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Wrap in heavy foil and seal edges.
    Place in shallow pan and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Cool, bone and skin. Cut into bite size pieces. There should be 2 quarts.
