Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cheese (mild Cheddar)
    1 chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    8 eggs, beaten
    1 lb. hot or mild sausage
    1/4 small green pepper, chopped
    2 pie crusts, unbaked
Preparation
    Crumble
    sausage
    into\ta
    skillet and cook until done. Place sausage
    into the pie shells, then add all the remaining ingredients into a large bowl and mix well.
    Pour this mixture over the
    sausage
    in
    pie shells.\tBake in oven at 325\u00b0 until golden brown (meats may vary).
