Jack-In-The-Macaroni Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped sweet red pepper
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese with peppers
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup (undiluted)
    1/2 c. sour cream
    chili powder
Preparation
    Bring water and salt to a boil in a large Dutch oven; stir in macaroni.
    Return to a rapid boil and cook 8 to 10 minutes or until tender; drain.
    Rinse with cold water; drain.
