Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. Mazola oil
2 c. white sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
3 c. chopped apples
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Mix well oil, sugar and eggs.
Add the remaining ingredients. Stir with spoon.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes or until brown.
