Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 potatoes
    1/4 stick margarine, melted
    1 level tsp. flour
    1/4 lb. cheese
    dash of garlic salt
    1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Slice and cook potatoes.
    Stir together the margarine, flour, milk, cheese and garlic salt until all are heated and blended.
    Put potatoes in a baking dish.
    Pour cheese mixture over potatoes. Bake at 250\u00b0 until bubbling.
    Can be doubled easily.
