Cream Cheese And Beef Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 - 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese - softened
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
3 tsp. minced onion
1/2 or 1 whole green bell pepper - minced fine
1 large jar of dried beef - chopped fine
2 small bags of chopped pecans

Preparation

Soften cream cheese. Chop bell pepper & dried beef fine. Combine all the ingredients, except for the nuts. Form into ball and roll into chopped nuts. Serve with wheat thins.
