Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. canned pumpkin
1 c. corn oil
2/3 c. water
4 eggs
Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl; set aside. Mix together the pumpkin, corn oil and water.
Add eggs; mix well. Add to dry ingredients; stir until moistened.
Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, or until pick comes out clean.
