Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 zucchini
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded carrots
    3/4 c. oleo, melted
    8 oz. pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
Preparation
    Cook zucchini and onion until tender.
    Combine mushroom soup (golden) and sour cream.
    Stir in carrots and add zucchini and onion.
    With fork, mix melted butter and stuffing.
    Spread 2/3 of stuffing in 7 x 11-inch pan lightly greased.
    Spoon mixture over the top.
    Sprinkle remaining stuffing mixture over all.
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
