Viva'S Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. flour
4 c. apples, chopped
1 c. coconut

Preparation

Beat eggs; add other ingredients in order.
Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
