Chocolate Bonbons(Unbaked) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
dash of salt
1/2 c. flour
2 egg yolks, well beaten
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. soft butter
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
moist coconut
ground walnuts
Preparation

Sift flour, sugar and salt; add milk and butter.
Blend in beaten egg yolks.
Cook in top of double boiler (water in bottom) 20 minutes.
Don't be disturbed if mixture looks peculiar.
Stir constantly until thick.
Remove from fire; add vanilla, chocolate bits and nuts.
Cool; chill in refrigerator.
Roll in small balls and roll in moist coconut or ground walnuts.
