Vidalia Onion And Steak Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3/4 lb. cooked, cooled London Broil, cut into 1-inch strips
    3/4 c. sliced radishes
    1 medium Vidalia onion, sliced thin
    lettuce leaves
    1 c. crumbled Blue cheese
Preparation
    In a small bowl, combine first 5 ingredients.
    Mix well.
    In a small bowl, combine London Broil, radishes and onion.
    Pour dressing on top.
    Toss well.
