Cheesy Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 (1 inch thick) pork chops
salt and pepper
1 large onion, cut into 4 slices
1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. mayonnaise
1/4 to 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Sprinkle pork chops lightly with salt and pepper.
Place in a lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
Top each chop with an onion slice (optional).
Spread each slice with 1 teaspoon mayonnaise.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until chops are tender.
Makes 4 servings.
