No Ham Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 egg
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
    1 c. fine graham cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and shape into small balls. Place into a 9 x 13-inch ungreased baking pan.
    Bake, uncovered, for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Pour the following sauce over balls and bake 15 minutes more.
