Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. Crisco
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. cold water
Preparation
    Sift together flour, sugar and salt. Add Crisco and mix well. Add egg, vinegar and water; mix until well blended. Place in covered bowl or wrap in wax paper and place in plastic bag. Store in refrigerator. This will keep for 2 weeks or longer. Yield: 3 to 4 pie shells (9-inch) or 2 two-crust pies.
