Crab Quiche(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) cooked pie shell
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crab meat, drained and squeezed dry
    1 c. grated cheese
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. whipping cream or half and half
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
Preparation
    Spread crab into pie shell.
    Add cheese.
    Mix eggs, pepper, salt, nutmeg and cream in small bowl; stir thoroughly.
    Pour cream mixture over crab.
    Dot with pimento.
    Cook, uncovered, 8 to 10 minutes (turning twice) or until set.
    Let stand for 5 minutes.
