Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns
    1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
    1 (1 pt.) carton sour cream
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 c. grated American, Cheddar or Longhorn cheese
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle a little more cheese over the top.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 or microwave on High for 20 minutes.
