Three Vegetable Soup(Creamed) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    any 3 vegetables, zapped in a blender
    1 finely cut up onion
    1 can chicken or beef broth
    3 tsp. butter
    milk or cream (depending upon creaminess desired)
Preparation
    Lightly saute onion in butter.
    Add broth.
    Add zapped vegetables.
    Cook for about 1/2 hour, stirring often.
    Allow for a boil, about 5 minutes.
    Add milk or cream, depending upon creaminess desired.
    You may also thicken with frozen mashed potatoes instead of milk/cream.
    Serve with a dash of paprika on top of a lemon slice floating on top.
