Cream Of Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium zucchini
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. butter
salt and pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste
5 Tbsp. butter
5 Tbsp. flour
1 large can evaporated milk
2 c. chicken stock or broth
Preparation

Saute zucchini and onion in 2 tablespoons butter and garlic to taste in a small amount of water until tender.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Puree in blender.
In another bowl, make white sauce consisting of butter, flour, evaporated milk and chicken stock. Add the puree to the white sauce.
Heat until ready to serve.
