Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon, diced
    5 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. sliced green peppers
    6 green onions, sliced thin
    1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 eggs, beaten
    shrimp, beef or pork, cut up
Preparation
    Saute bacon in a large frying pan until just starting to crisp. Add rice, onion and pepper.
    Stir constantly, about 10 minutes or until rice is hot.
    Stir in soy sauce and add beaten eggs.
    Cook 5 minutes or longer until eggs are cooked, tossing lightly with a fork.
    Add either shrimp, beef or pork which has already been heated.
