Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak (or stew meat)
    1/4 c. butter
    4 oz. mushrooms, sliced or pieces
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    1 can beef broth or 3 bouillon cubes in 3 c. water
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. flour
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Cut meat into thin strips; dust with flour and pepper.
    In a large skillet brown meat in butter.
    Add drained mushrooms, onion and garlic; brown lightly.
    Stir in beef broth.
    Cover and cook 1 hour, stirring now and then.
    Gradually stir in sour cream; cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
    Serve over noodles or rice.
