Spicy Beef Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 to 3/4 tsp. chili powder
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato wedges
    1 1/2 to 2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Place beef and green pepper in a 2-quart casserole.
    Microwave on high for 4 to 5 minutes.
    Stir once or twice during cooking to break beef into small bits.
    Add remaining ingredients and heat to taste.
