Eb'S Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs, beaten well
1 pkg. chopped, drained spinach
4 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. onion, minced
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. milk
Preparation
-
Mix first 3 ingredients.
Add beaten eggs, milk, butter and onion, blending well.
Fold in cheese and chopped spinach, mixing well.
Bake in a greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
