Beef Stroganoff In Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
2 lb. lean sirloin, cut into paper-thin strips
2 Tbsp. flour
1 (10 oz.) can condensed beef broth
1 c. (1/2 pt.) plain yogurt
salt and pepper to taste
6 baking potatoes, baked until easily pierced
Preparation

Heat olive oil and saute onion and mushrooms until tender and wilted.
Add beef and stir until beef loses its red color. Sprinkle with flour.
