Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    4 eggs
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
    9-inch pie shell
Preparation
    Warm milk to scalding.
    Do not boil. Add to beaten eggs and sugar.
    Pour into raw pie shell. Sprinkle nutmeg on top. Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
