Lemony Apple-Bran Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. plain, low-fat yogurt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. chopped, cored red apples
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. halved, seedless green grapes or 1/4 c. raisins
    1/2 c. Kellogg's All-Bran cereal
Preparation
    In a medium size bowl, combine yogurt, sugar, lemon juice, parsley and salt. Stir in apples, celery and grapes or raisins. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
    Just before serving, stir in Kellogg's All-Bran cereal. Serve on lettuce, if desired.
