Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (No. 2 1/2) can sauerkraut
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
Preparation

Dissolve sugar and vinegar in saucepan and bring to a rolling boil.
Drain kraut and pull apart.
Pour vinegar and sugar mixture over kraut and chill.
Mix remaining ingredients and add to kraut; chill.
