Cream Cheese Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) crescent rolls
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 egg, separated
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    powdered sugar
    1 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Spread 1 package of crescent rolls in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Press to seal edges; set aside.
    Blend cheese and sugar until light.
    Add vanilla, egg yolk and raisins.
    Spread over dough.
    Top with second package of dough.
    Brush on egg white; sprinkle nuts. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Cool and sprinkle powdered sugar.
