Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 1/2 c. unsifted flour
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large bowl beat eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla.
    Blend together all dry ingredients.
    Add to the liquid mixture along with zucchini, raisins and nuts.
    Mix well; divide equally into 2 greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
