Sweet-Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken, cut up or parts
    1 (8 oz.) jar Russian dressing
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
Preparation
    In large baking dish or pan, layer chicken, skin side up, in single layer.
    Mix together dressing, soup mix and preserves; pour over chicken.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, basting occasionally.
    Serve.
    Pour remaining sauce over chicken (what's left in dish).
