Ingredients

2/3 c. unbleached flour
1/3 c. whole wheat flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 beaten egg
2/3 c. milk
1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
maple syrup
Preparation

In
medium
bowl,
combine dry ingredients.
In another bowl, combine beaten egg, milk and melted margarine;
add all at\tonce to\tflour mixture, stirring until batter is blended, but
still slightly lumpy.
Cook pancakes until golden brown, turning to cook other side when pancakes have a bubbly surface and slightly dry edges.
Eat with syrup.
