Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. blueberries
1 c. sugar
4 heaping Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 Tbsp. lemon juice (if more tartness is desired)
Preparation

Mix well, then put in 9-inch pie shell. Dot with margarine. Moisten edges of lower crust well with cold water. Transfer top crust to pie pan.
Unfold and roll top edge under lower crust, pinching top and bottom edges together (or press together with fork). Form a stand-up rim on edge
of pan to seal well and make fluting easier. Cut slits for steam to escape.
Flute edge.
Bake in a 425\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes until bubbly all over.
