Salsa Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 chicken breasts, skinned, boned and cut into 1-inch chunks
    3/4 c. crushed sesame seed crackers
    1/2 c. salsa
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Mix together 1/2 cup mayonnaise, milk and seasonings.
    Lightly dip chicken into mayonnaise mixture. Coat well with crumbs.
    Place on greased cookie sheet and bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
    Mix the other 1/2 cup mayonnaise with 1/2 cup salsa.
    Use this for dipping the chicken nuggets.
