Grilled Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. mushrooms
2 Tbsp. butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. sherry or brandy
Preparation

Slice mushrooms and place on a large sheet of aluminum foil. Top with butter, spices, garlic and sherry or brandy.
Wrap, folding edges tightly under. Place on grill 10 to 15 minutes. Serves 4.
