Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can salmon
    1 egg
    1/2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Drain salmon, reserving 1/4 cup juice.
    Remove bone and skin from salmon.
    Mix together the salmon, beaten egg and flour.
    Whip the reserved juice and baking powder together.
    Pour into salmon mixture and mix well.
    Dip by 1/2 teaspoon into hot grease.
    Cook until brown.
