Carrot Souffl - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. baby carrots
    1 stick butter, melted
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cook baby carrots in salted water until tender. Drain well.
