Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. ground chuck
1 Tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
1 medium onion
1 can mushroom soup
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. sweet basil
2 eggs
1 c. milk
5 slices bread
Preparation

Mix eggs, milk and bread together and let set.
Mix ground chuck, onion and seasonings together.
Mix well.
Add eggs, milk and bread mixture.
Mix until smooth.
Form into balls.
Put on cookie sheet in 450\u00b0 oven to brown (10 minutes).
Put in roaster pan with 1 can mushroom soup and 1 can water and simmer for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
