Tomato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked pie shell
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 c. onion
2 c. shredded sharp cheese
2 tomatoes
Preparation

Slice tomatoes and put in pie shell 1/2-inch, approximately 2 tomatoes. Put all other ingredients over tomatoes, except mayonnaise and cheese. Mix mayonnaise and cheese together and spread on top. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 5 minutes, then reduce heat to 400\u00b0 and bake 35 minutes.
