Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. mild sausage
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. Bisquick
2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Fry sausage; drain and crumble into a greased 9 x 13-inch dish. Sprinkle cheese over sausage.
Mix well the remaining ingredients and pour over sausage and cheese.
Bake at 400 for 25 - 30 minutes until set and browned on top.
Cool 5 minutes before serving.
