Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. frozen broccoli, cut up bite size
    1 c. instant rice, uncooked
    1 chopped onion
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    In a glass 9 x 13-inch baking dish, layer broccoli pieces. Pour uncooked rice over top.
    Add chopped onion over rice.
    Dot with margarine.
    Mix soup and milk and pour over mixture.
    Spread softened Cheez Whiz over entire dish and pierce mixture with fork until soup goes through.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Serves 8.
