Swiss Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium tomatoes
    salt and pepper
    2 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1 egg, well beaten
    1/4 tsp. dry bread crumbs
    2 tsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Slice top from tomatoes and scoop out insides, removing pulp. Sprinkle inside of tomato with salt and pepper.
    Mix egg, cheese and curry.
    Use mixture to stuff tomatoes.
    Place in shallow baking pan.
    Mix crumbs and butter and sprinkle over tops of tomatoes. Bake in a preheated hot oven at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until tomatoes are soft, but still hold their shape.
    Makes 6 servings.
