Twin Meat Loaves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. soft bread cubes (about 4 slices)
    3/4 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. finely chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/4 c. chili sauce or ketchup
Preparation
    Soak bread cubes in milk.
    Add eggs; beat with rotary beater. Add meats, onion, celery, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and poultry seasoning; mix thoroughly.
    Form into 2 loaves.
    Place in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Bake, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
