Docona, Saltfish And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sweet potatoes
    nutmeg
    sugar to taste
    few currants or raisins
    flour
    1 lb. saltfish
    onions
    pepper
    scallions
    oil
    eggplant or a piece of pumpkin squash or any vegetable you want
Preparation
    First, grate the potatoes in a bowl.
    Grate nutmeg in bowl with potatoes.
    Add sugar and raisins or currants.
    Then you put all together and mix with pot spoon, not too soft; add flour to hold. Then taste to your satisfaction.
    Take pot spoon to cut out in foil.
    Then wrap it up or tie it up.
    Drop it in pot to boil for 3/4 hour.
