Baked Fish Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. flounder
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. grated onion
    1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms (undrained)
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    1/2 c. light cream
Preparation
    In a shallow greased baking dish, arrange the fillets in one layer.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice.
    In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat; stir in flour, onion, salt and paprika.
    Add cream and mushrooms, including liquid, in pan.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until thick.
    Pour over fillets; sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 4 servings.
