Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. ground chuck
    6 Tbsp. chili powder
    4 Tbsp. ground cumin
    1 tsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
    1 Tbsp. granulated garlic
    1 can tomato juice (48 oz.)
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck, then drain all grease from meat.
    Add chili powder, ground cumin, paprika, dried onion flakes and granulated garlic.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Add tomato juice and stir until it comes to a boil, then turn on low heat and simmer for about 2 hours.
    Stir frequently so chili doesn't stick to bottom.
