Broiled Chicken Breast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, pounded thin
    1 Tbsp. milk (skim)
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    2 tsp. prepared mustard (Dijon or horseradish)
Preparation
    Mix together the milk, mayonnaise and mustard.
    Baste chicken breasts and broil for 5 or 6 minutes on each side, or until cooked.
