4 chicken breasts, cooked and deboned
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 large bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. milk
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 large bag Doritos
