Shrimp Batter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. headless shrimp
    1 c. sifted plain flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. beer
Preparation
    Peel and devein shrimp, then rinse and drain thoroughly.
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Stir in egg, butter and beer.
    Beat lightly.
    Dip shrimp in up to the tails and deep fry until golden brown.
