Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 (7 oz.) can tuna
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. (3 oz.) chow mein noodles (save 1/3 c. for topping)
    2 Tbsp. green pepper
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 soup can milk
    1/4 soup can water
    1/4 tsp. flavor enhancer (Accent)
Preparation
    Saute celery, onion and green pepper in butter. Mix in rest of ingredients. Pour into buttered casserole. Sprinkle with 1 1/3 cups noodles on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes with lid on and 15 minutes with lid off.
